[芋頭]-製成之甜餡,多以(芋泥)稱呼,因其被製成甜餡後,外形與濕泥狀態相近故而得此稱號. 傳統師傅在製造此餅的時候,佳有一句專稱[孤獨餅],這並非說在造此餅時有(孤獨)之感,而是表示此餅之技藝及原理,是獨特孤立與別不同。傳統師傅叫[(拆合餅)即(百合餅)],因它的(酥皮造形),是由中心向外順連以旋渦形擴散;餅熟後的酥皮效果,是多層一層一層的拆開及覆合的酥皮,考究的師傅們給這種獨特的酥皮一個美譽,統稱為(百合酥皮),也成為餅的[百合系列].
 
 
(綠豆)-是民間地方,常用在當地的食品上,潮州人多喜吃(綠豆), 因其有清香可口的食味.
 
 
(豆仁方條)-{吾潮傳統花生糖}在潮州地區,花生糖有方塊、條裝、壽桃造形、球團及其他等等,因需而創、應求生、要適時宜、求變多能。豆仁方條有保留【吾潮傳統花生糖】加入生?作調味的一貫工藝,此產品柔合了「雲石豆仁方」和 「豆仁條」而成,第一外觀是「雲石豆仁方」可直接享用,需要時可按切逢摺出條裝而變成「豆仁條」,以條裝品嚐。
 
 
[鴨頸糖]-【外層軟、內層酥】從前此產品的名字叫(豬腳箍),因當時的多以重量級型組合,形貌又像豬的腳部而取名,後來研發將產品調整到最佳效果,它意形外貌皆與鴨的頸部組合相近因而命名【鴨頸糖】。
 
 
[淋糖]-【特制糖層、炸香花生】此產品的命名來自生產過程效果,花生在盤內糖層煉成後淋入冷卻後切件,花生經油炸後的香味,與炒、焗的不同另有一番食味。
 
 
[杬仁明糖]-【切口明亮、頂級杬仁】此產品之命名,是來自它的成品效果.
