(百合芋泥餅)

[芋頭]製成之甜餡,多以(芋泥)稱呼,因其被製成甜餡後,外形與濕泥狀態相近故而得此稱號. 傳統師傅在製造此餅的時候,佳有一句專稱[孤獨餅],這並非說在造此餅時有(孤獨)之感,而是表示此餅之技藝及原理,是獨特孤立與別不同。傳統師傅叫[(拆合餅)(百合餅)],因它的(酥皮造形),是由中心向外順連以旋渦形擴散;餅熟後的酥皮效果,是多層一層一層的拆開及覆合的酥皮,考究的師傅們給這種獨特的酥皮一個美譽,統稱為(百合酥皮),也成為餅的[百合系列].

 

(玫瑰花生軟糖) -以玫瑰花作食材都很普遍,花生軟糖外層封上玫瑰花(打成粉狀),冷卻後切成方丁產品。

 

(椰絲軟糖) -花生及軟糖組合冷卻後切件,椰蓉是一種主味原料,香味專有可引領配料共同發揮與之組合,皆以椰蓉、椰絲為頭稱呼。

 

(豆仁明糖)- 花生及軟糖組合冷卻後切件

[bai he yu ni bing]

The traditional master is called [(decomposed cake) ie (lily cake)], because its (puff pastry shape) is spread from the center outwards in a spiral shape; the meringue effect after the cake is cooked is multi-layered The meringues that are unraveled and covered, the exquisite masters give this unique pastry a reputation, collectively known as (lily meringue), and also become the pie [lily series].

Roses are commonly used in the menu,Soft peanut sweets covered with powdered rose are cut into cubes after cooling,The making of this product ‘soft rose-peanut sweet’ demonstrates。

 

[ye si ruan tang]

 

Peanuts and soft sugar,it is allowed to cool and then cut into pieces. Coconut paste is a principal flavour-ingredient with a special aroma,and can help supporting ingredients to manifest thier flavours. This products with coconut paste as an ingredient usually have 'ye rong' (coconut paste) ,'ye si' (coconut chips) as their prefix。

The mixture of peanuts and soft sugar is cut into pieces after cooling。
