需要時可按切逢摺出條裝而變成「白芝蔴條」,以條裝品嚐。
眝藏:室溫存放在陰涼處,如溫度不適當,品質/保質期可能有變。
Craftsmanship and culture :
In the Chaozhou area, sesame sweets can be found in the forms of wafers, squares,
strips, longevity-peaches, balls etc., made specifically for different occasions to
meet precise demands, hence manifesting great creativity.
Bai (white) zhi ma fang tiao preserves the long-established seasoning technique
of adding spring onion to our traditional Chaozhou peanut candy.
This product is a fusion of bai zhi ma fang and bai zhi ma tiao.
It has the look of the former, a square tablet, which can be consumed directly.
If desired, it can be split along the slightly cut lines to become
bai zhi ma tiao for consumption.
